We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and proactive professional to lead our small but dedicated Member Services team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with strong membership, organisational and communications skills and experience and a desire to provide high quality services to members and customers. The Member Services Manager will provide leadership and line management across both membership and the forms licence scheme. The postholder will maximise income from CoramBAAF membership and ensure its continued reach and relevance. They will also maximise income from the forms licence scheme and actively promote its importance as a key member benefit. Importantly they will strengthen engagement with members to ensure retention whilst also increasing reach and awareness nationally to recruit new members.

Facilities Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our small established team to support the work of the charity by ensuring our buildings remain in good repair and ensure an excellent standard of health and safety for our staff and visitors. The postholder will assist our Estates Manager in the maintenance of Coram’s buildings and grounds. Responsibilities will include monitoring the work distribution amongst our facilities team, logging and allocating work requests, delivering day to day repairs to our properties and overseeing contractors on site. The postholder will carry out regular checks, maintenance, and scrutiny of all locations at our site. Health and Safety checks and site security will form a regular aspect of the weekly programme.

Independent Social Work Assessor

Barnardo’s wish to recruit Independent Social Workers to help with our adoption work in the East & West Midlands, Birmingham, Thames Valley, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset areas. We are looking for qualified and experienced Social Workers who have experience of carrying out adoption assessments. The role will include initial visits to prospective adopters, completing full adoption assessments and writing AARs (Adoption Assessment Reports), reporting to Panel, and occasional additional work to support our families, such as attending reviews or matching panels.
